Seabreeze Management Company, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Lisa Ann Dale beginning with three associations, encompassing 453 properties. Seabreeze Management Company, Inc. now manages over 100 associations and more than 28,000 properties.

As an industry leader, Seabreeze Management Company, Inc. is at the forefront of association management and is closely involved with the many professional associations and trade organizations. In 1994, Seabreeze Management Company, Inc. was one of only 56 companies in the United States to be awarded the prestigious Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) designation from the Community Association Institute (CAI). The AAMC® program recognizes property management firms that meet rigid criteria in the areas of financial management. Seabreeze Management Company, Inc. has maintained that designation since 1994 and continues to meet and exceed the high standards required of the AAMC® program.

We are also proud to be a Founding Member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). This organization was created to educate and self-regulate community association managers in California. CACM works to provide its members with the information and expertise necessary to make decisions in today's changing business climate.
